Time For Lights of Love in Rochester, New Hampshire
It’s time for the lights of love to shine
It’s that time of year, the cool fall air has turned cool and people are getting ready for the holiday season. The season wouldn’t be complete without the Lights of Love event hosted by Cornerstone VNA, including volunteers from the former Frisbie Hospital Auxiliary Board, according to City of Rochester officials.
Inspiration for the lights of love
Jane Cooper Fall was the inspiration behind the annual Lights of Love event which has been a fixture in Rochester for over 30 years. Jane Cooper Fall launched the Lights of Love to honor those who have touched their lives in a positive way. Hundreds of lights will shine on the names and this year will be a virtual event. You can see it at cornerstonevna.org/lightsoflove. The event will start on December 1st this year and can be viewed on the website throughout the holiday season.
Great way to honor those who touched your life
By submitting a name to Lights of Love, you can show someone who has touched your life. You can submit the name of a special someone before November 15the to be included. If you submit the name after you, it will be added after the start of the event by city officials. The donation is only $ 5 to show someone how much you really care. For more information about the event, you can contact cornerstonevna.org or call 800-691-1133. May the lights come on for all.
Here’s a toast to everyone who touched our lives …
