Enjoy live country music outdoors in Atlantic City every Sunday
If you are a fan of live country music – in a great atmosphere – you know there is a place to go every Sunday right in the heart of Atlantic City!
Drunk in Atlantic City has transformed its outdoor property into a huge concert hall that will host the “Atlantic City Country Fest” every week!
Bourre is an excellent Cajun barbecue restaurant that helped spark the revival of Atlantic City in the area now known as “The orange loop. “The Orange Loop is three large blocks just off the Atlantic City Boardwalk, where you will find restaurants, bars, live music, coffee, yoga and more!
The area takes its name from the orange properties of the Monopoly game. The excitement is at New York Avenue, Tennessee Avenue and St. James Place.
Drunk sits on New York Avenue and now includes “a huge outdoor area featuring a large barbecue smoker, outdoor games, and a 40ft shipping container bar!”
Bourre will host live country bands every Sunday afternoon, in addition to a special country event or two this summer.
The Stonewood group will kick off the Country Sundays this Sunday.
You can find out more about upcoming events in Bourre on their Facebook page.
As for me, I’ll be outside this Sunday – looking for you! The party starts at 4 am – and get ready to eat, because they have a great barbecue!
