Delicious coffee with half the caffeine and zero calories
So I’m sitting here thinking “what’s Sunday and coffee?” It just seems that when I think of Sunday, coffee immediately comes to mind. I know I’m not alone, I’m just thinking out loud.
Yes, this article is basically from my Sunday morning caffeine efforts. Well in this case “half the coffee”. You don’t want to go crazy for coffee, so a good blend of half coffee can do the trick. My son Zach and his better half Carley sent me a delicious “half veal” mix from California. Using this and adding something April found, a delicious no-calorie sugar-free syrup, I created my new Sunday morning treat.
By the way, I have some exciting news that I’ll be sharing with you very soon and you’ll see why this new concoction works great with where I am at in time.
Back to what I call my Skinny Black Caramel Latte. No milk, of course, no sugar just the half coffee and a touch of caramel syrup and let me tell you, it’s good for a home-brewed coffee. I’m not saying it rivals the pros, but it’s good and in my opinion healthier, for me. Of course, if YOU have “caffeine/sugar” issues, always CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. For your information, the syrup is also gluten-free.
Anyway, I wanted to share with you a coffee “trick” that you might like to try. We also found a chocolate version of this too. So yeah, if caramel isn’t your thing, maybe try chocolate, now I have to find some vanilla! Enjoy it ☕️
